These conditions govern access to Henry County Criminal History. Visiting a page, reading its content, or using a search function confirms acceptance. Anyone who does not agree must stop using the website.

NO FCRA USE. Henry County Criminal History is privately operated and has no connection to a government agency. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or screening reports. Our advertising partners are not presented as providers for applicant, rental, insurance, or credit decisions. Information from this site or any linked tool must not be used to:

  • Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
  • Set an insurance rate or make a credit decision
  • Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
  • Make a hiring or firing decision
  • Carry out any other FCRA-regulated activity

A check needed for a regulated purpose must come through an authorized Tennessee Bureau of Investigation process or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

Those laws do not make this private website a government custodian or repository. Any dispute tied to use of the site must be brought in a court located in Tennessee.
